Once You Know,You Know!





Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve last written a blog post. Just wanted to reconnect with you here at www.ZBestYou.com. Life has been a bit busy with new clients and getting ready for my first band performance in over a year and a half. Been way too long!


Enough about me, how are you guys doing? Living your lives to the fullest and sticking to your wellness plans? If there’s one lesson to be learned from this covid-19 world, it’s that life is precious and can change in an instant. Staying healthy and finding joy seems more important than ever. This is a journey that I embrace whole heartedly! How about you?


Recently a few friends of mine have been diagnosed with heart disease and various cancers. Some unfortunately have died from their diseases. It got me thinking about one of my favorite wellness authors, Joel Fuhrman, M.D., and his research on how to prevent these conditions. I’m currently re-reading The END of Heart Disease, which he wrote in 2016. The information presented on the pages of this book is LIFE SAVING.



I could write dozens of posts on this book that wouldn’t do it justice. This book overflows with pearls of wisdom backed by solid science. Forget about fake news. This information rocks and no shit, it can save your life. You see, once you know, you know.


If you read this book and say f**k it, I’m sticking with my sickness plan, then you’ll join millions of other Americans who are dying or who WILL die from a host of chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, obesity and strokes, to name just a few. If you apply the simple nutrition-dense, plant-rich suggestions in this book, you can kiss many of these conditions goodbye forever! Sounds too good to be true? Sounds like a bold statement? Read, The END of Heart Disease and you be the judge. Like I said, once you know, you know!


 


You notice that I emphasized nutrition-dense, plant-rich. This right here is the key to ending conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and strokes. When you eat a diet that’s packed with plants, whole-grains, seeds, nuts and fruit, you get healthy. This fact is indisputable. Valid research has proven this time and time again. When you eat like most Americans, you die like most Americans. This is why the standard American diet is called the SAD diet.


“In the typical American diet about 30 percent of calories come from animal foods such as dairy, meat, eggs and chicken, and about 55 percent of calories come from processed foods such as pasta, bread, soda, oils, sugar, puffed cereals, pretzels, and other adulterated products. My aim with this website is to give you information that will help you live a life of vibrant health. I love to see my clients’ eyes light up when they “get it” and become the masters of their wellness journeys. Millions of Americans suffer and die needlessly by eating too much of the wrong foods then foolishly think that medical intervention is going to make them healthy again. This is a tragedy that doesn’t have to happen. You CAN have great health. The right information is out there. This book is a great place to start educating yourself and taking control of your health.
